Alcohol Drug Information Service (ADIS) NSW - a free and confidential counselling helpline for NSW residents with concerns around alcohol and/or drug misuse and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ADIS is staffed by professional counsellors who provide education, information, counselling, support and referrals to other appropriate services in NSW.

Beyond Blue - Free mental health services that can help connect you to someone to talk to, to hear what you have to say and to give you advice.

Lifeline - A national charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.
