Newcastle

Newcastle is a renowned surf city with six golden-sand beaches within walking distance of the city centre.

Located two hours north of Sydney, the city also boasts a burgeoning cultural and artisan scene and is rapidly emerging as a smart city brimming with opportunities.

Life here is free of the stresses of big city living.

City-wide and coastal revitalisation works, such as the landmark Bathers Way, are bolstering a residential boom, and will help precipitate two major tourism developments: international flights at Newcastle Airport and more frequent passenger liner calls to a future cruise terminal.
