Improvement Framework
The Hunter New England Local Health District has developed an Improvement Framework that outlines the key elements and structures required for health professionals to be able to initiate, implement, spread and sustain effective improvements. The framework also includes identification of the improvement strategies that are resourced by the District and NSW Ministry of Health Pillars (e.g. the Clinical Excellence Commission and the Agency for Clinical Innovation).
