Please note REACH Dental is currently available only to Hunter New England Oral Health patients, their families and carers.
REACH is a patient and family escalation system available to Hunter New England Oral Health patients, their families and carers who may be worried about a recent change in their dental condition or someone in their care.
REACH stands for Recognise, Engage, Act, Call and Help.
Patients, their families and carers are encouraged to talk with their dental practitioner or staff member if they have any concerns about their dental condition changing or getting worse. If there are still concerns after speaking with someone, REACH Dental can provide patients, their families and carers the option to raise their concerns.

REACH Dental is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 8.30am-4.30pm
If you have severe facial swelling or have sustained facial trauma outside normal working hours, please contact the emergency department of your local hospital for advice.
