John Hunter Hospital Gynaecology Services are dedicated to providing comprehensive public health services to women in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens areas. In addition to Services for local women, as the major tertiary referral hospital for the Hunter New England Health District, we also provide care to women from across the Health District who have complex Gynaecology and Gynaeoncology conditions.

We pride ourselves on providing Excellence in healthcare for women and girls across the lifespan and our key priority is to ensure you have access to quality care that meets your individual needs. Our Service offer’s paediatric and adolescent gynaecology, general gynaecology, colposcopy, menopause and gynaeoncology.
