You are providing this personal information so that Hunter New England Local Health District can process your application. This information will only be used for assessing your eligibility to the Allied Health Work Experience program, and for directly related actions arising from that application. It will be stored and protected appropriate to the sensitivity of this information and will not be used for any other purpose.
Hunter New England Local Health District will not share or disclose your personal information to anybody else unless required or authorised by law, such as by court order. Personal Information relating to successful candidates will be retained for 7 years or until an individual reaches age 25 (whichever longer) in accordance with GA 28 15.4.4.
(According to GA 28 15.4.4 only records summarising the employment or service history of personnel. Data includes name, date of birth, dates of employment/service, positions held and salary, locations worked)
Information relating to unsuccessful candidates will be retained for 2 years per GA28 15.10.1.
