Studer Group® works with healthcare organisations in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Canada, the United States, and beyond, to help them achieve and sustain exceptional improvement in clinical outcomes and financial results. Studer Group partners with organisations to build a sustainable culture that promotes accountability, fosters innovation, and consistently delivers a great patient experience and the best quality outcomes over time. By installing an execution framework called Evidence-Based LeadershipSM (EBL), organisations are able to align goals, actions and processes, and execute quickly. This framework creates the foundation that enables transformation in this era of continuous change.
A passion for making healthcare better
Healthcare people are unique in that we are both scientific and deeply passionate about our work, which is why it's important to connect with both the heart and the mind. Connecting with the mind appeals to logical, data-driven, evidence-seeking individuals, while connecting with the heart is all about passion. The same goes for our patients. We need to connect to the mind by explaining a diagnosis, treatment plan and medication instructions, while also connecting to the heart by providing comfort, reassurance and hope.
Cultures of execution
Studer Group trusted advisors partner with healthcare organisations to create an aligned culture that is accountable to achieving outcomes together. Working side-by-side, we help to establish, accelerate, and hardwire the necessary changes through a sequenced approach. This leads to better transparency, higher accountability, and the ability to target and execute specific, objective results that organisations want to achieve. EBL provides unparalleled leadership and cultural transformation that empowers organisations to respond to new initiatives more quickly and effectively than the rest of the nation.
It all comes back to making healthcare better. Working together, we can create great places for employees to work, clinicians to practice medicine and patients to receive care.

When progressive NSW Department of Health employees banded together to create Statehealth Credit Union – their very own alternative to the banks – little did they know how far their idea would spread...
While we’ve had a few name changes over the last forty years, there’s one thing that hasn’t changed. That’s our commitment to helping people in the health and allied sectors build financial security and independence, and providing easy access to our products and services.
Despite the electronic channels that have become the only option in some Financial Institutions, we have continued with workplace visits, bringing the Credit Union to you! Our mobile lender Maree is available on 0419 212 248 to arrange when and where it is convenient to meet you.
We aim to be big enough to provide you with competitive financial services, whilst still small enough to provide the personal service credit unions are famous for. We pass on our potential profits to our members through lower loan rates, higher deposit rates and low fees.
We offer the big bank products with a community focused service:
Home, personal and car loans
Payroll deduction services
Internet and phone banking
Savings and special purpose accounts
Pay by the month insurance for home & contents, motor, and landlord insurance
Travel insurance, foreign currency, and prepaid currency cards
So if you’re looking for an alternative to the big banks – with great rates, low fees and personal service, talk to us today.
