Please follow the steps below to set up your iPad or iPhone.
An update was released on 15th Feb 2019 to fix the camera and microphone issues.
If you are using SCOPIA on an iPhone or iPad for a Telehealth connection please ensure you have installed the most up to date version of SCOPIA, version 8.3.800.
If you can not see the update we recommend you uninstall SCOPIA and reinstall it on your iPhone or iPad. Please contact our helpdesk on 49855400 for assistance and further information.
Be aware that iPhone 3GS and below, or iPad 1 are not supported as they do not have forward facing cameras.
We do not recommend telehealth consultations when internet speeds are lower than:
Please note that if you are connecting using mobile broadband, internet connection speeds vary and often fluctuate significantly at different locations and times of day. It is ideal to test your connection speeds at the proposed time of the appointment and in the location that you intend to be in.
If your results are lower than the recommended speeds, you will need to arrange alternatives in order to participate in a telehealth consultation. This may include having the telehealth consultation:
