Planning of the Toronto Community Health Centre was based on an integrated model of service delivery with a maximum use of the facility through the sharing of resources and space. The catchment area for the centre incorporates 40 suburbs on the western side of Lake Macquarie.

There is a car park off James Street (no fee).
