The centre has a wide range of services, including:
- Aboriginal health, including community midwifery service
- Alcohol and other drugs
- Community nursing (including asthma and diabetes education, early childhood, diabetes, hearing, home nursing, immunization, palliative care and women's health)
- Counselling (general and mental health)
- Diet and nutrition
- PANOC (Physical Abuse & Neglect of Children) service
- Sexual assault services
- Sexual health promotion
- Social work service
- Speech pathology
- Therapy services (including speech therapy, occupational therapy ad physiotherapy)
- Women's health
Moree Community Health also offers outreach services to the following areas:

Community Health: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm. Excluding Weekends and Public Holiday
Counselling Services: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. Excluding Weekends and Public Holiday
