MERRIWA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL

Merriwa Community Hospital serves the Merriwa Shire and provides emergency, acute medical and post-surgical care, paediatric, post-natal, long stay, palliative and respite care. Day Care, Dementia Day Care (Pegasus) and Meals on Wheels are also provided.

Hours of operation
Merriwa Community Hospital operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Normal business hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm weekdays.

Visiting hours
Visitors need to check with the registered nurse in charge of the ward.

Parking
There is parking available in the hospital grounds (no fee).

Disabled access
Disabled access is available through the Emergency Department, and there is a bell at the door.
