Gresford Community Health Centre

GRESFORD COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE

Gresford Community Health Centre provides home and community based nursing services including post acute care, assistance with personal care and wound management.Child and Family Health Nursing a service also provided by the centre promotes physical, emotional & social well-being of families with children between the age of 0-5. Home visiting to parents, counselling, education and free immunisation is also provided by the Community Health Centre.

Hours of operation
8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Early Childhood Clinic - 1st and 3rd Monday
