EAST MAITLAND COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE

East Maitland Community Health Centre offers a range of community based health services to all members of the community.

Services provided in the Community Health Centre include Community health services, Post Acute care nursing service, Transitional Aged Care Program, Palliative care service outreaches to Dungog, Day care centre, Child and Family health service, Pre School Screening, Footcare, Dietetics, Social Work, Psychology, Drug and Alcohol Service, Sexual Assault Services, School Immunisation service, Health promotion activities , Primary Health care projects, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy Services and Audiometry for Children only.

A Day Care Centre and Footcare Clinic held at 20 Bank Street is also provided by East Maitland Community Health Centre.

Hours of operation
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Early Childhood Clinic - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Women's Health Clinic - 2nd and 4th Thursday
Audiometry Clinic - Monday and Wednesday
