Visiting Specialist services: Mental Health, Women's Health, Diabetes and Sexual Health.

Medical Specialists: Neurology, paediatrics, antenatal, respiratory and pre-operative.

Accessing Our Service
You can access our service by telephone or simply by visiting the centre. All referrals require consent. Referrals may be placed by: yourself, your local doctor, your specialist doctor, health workers on discharge from the hospital, carer / family or friend and other community support agencies. Our general office hours are 8.30am -5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
