BOGGABILLA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE

Community Nurses at Boggabilla Community Health Centre provide Clinical Nursing, Hearing, Preschool Screenings, Immunisation, Asthma Education, Diabetes Education, Well Baby Care, IPTAAS Support, Medicare Support, Aged Care Support, Advocacy for clients with other services, general Sexual Health support and education, Coordinate Antenatal Care, Mental Health Support/Administer Medication and Coordinate and refer to the following visiting services:

• Aboriginal Community Midwifery
• Aged Care Assessment Team
• Alcohol and Other Drug Service
• Dietitian
• Domestic Violence Services
• Mental Health Rehab
• Mental Health Service when available
• PANOC Services as needed
• Occupational Therapist
• Optometry Services
• Sexual Assault Counsellor
• Women's Health when available

Hours of operation
Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Excluding Public Holidays

Boggabilla Community Health Centre provides Disabled and Public car parking located at the front entrance of the building
