Armidale Community Health Centre offers a range of community based health services to all members of the community. No referral or income assessment required. The centre is located in Clair House on the grounds of the Armidale Health Service.
Support services available include:
- Aboriginal health
- Aged care assessment and dementia
- Alcohol and other drugs
- Community nursing (including early childhood, diabetes, hearing, home nursing, immunization, palliative care and women's health)
- Counselling (general and mental health)
- Diet and nutrition
- PANOC (Physical Abuse & Neglect of Children) service
- Podiatry
- Sexual assault services
- Sexual health promotion
- Social work service
- Speech pathology
- Women's health
Hours of operation
8.30am to 5.00pm weekdays.
Parking
The Armidale Community Health Centre is located on the corner of Butler and Rusden Streets, Armidale. Free all day parking is available in both streets as well as the visitor parking off Butler Street.
