What: Back to Basics – A workshop for carers
Workshop includes:
- Hands that care – stress release
- Back to basics – health and relaxation
- Morning tea and lunch
When: Wednesday 9 April 2007 between 9.30am and 2.30pm
Where: Western Suburbs Leagues Club, Hobart Road, New Lambton
Cost: $10 (includes morning tea, lunch and speakers)
