As in previous years, they are looking forward to sharing the latest in dementia care and the opportunity to meet other service providers to improve networking of services.
The theme for the Forum is ‘Driving Dementia Care’ with presentations from:

· Plus after lunch there will be presentations regarding the Living with Memory Loss program and a Carer’s story.
