Public Breast Cancer Forum beamed into Tuncurry Bowling Club

Hunter New England Health is facilitating a live broadcast from Westmead Hospital about ‘Life after Breast Cancer’ by the NSW Breast Cancer Institute on Saturday 25 August at the Tuncurry Bowling Club.
The free public forum is open to all people who have been touched by breast cancer.
The program is hosted by Professor John Boyages, Executive Director of the NSW Breast Cancer Institute, introducing special guest speakers including Professor Robert Newton, a number of doctors, specialist staff and survivors giving a personal perspective.
Topics will include personal stories of their journey through breast cancer, as well as special issues for rural women, medical issues, sexuality, exercise and a special session on living with uncertainty after breast cancer.
