Aim
This course was developed with HNE JMOs to bring about a Culture Change as part of the JMO Wellbeing Project.
The aim of the course is to equip senior medical officers with strategies:
- that enhance teamwork by creating a safe workplace
- that lead to more constructive feedback conversations with junior colleagues
- to lead by example
