Aim

This course was developed with HNE JMOs to bring about a Culture Change as part of the JMO Wellbeing Project.

The aim of the course is to equip senior medical officers with strategies:

  • that enhance teamwork by creating a safe workplace
  • that lead to more constructive feedback conversations with junior colleagues
  • to lead by example

    ii.  Preparing for a difficult conversation

2.  Speaking up and recognising when you are being spoken up to

3.  Changing Workplace Culture: Recognising & addressing unacceptable behaviour
