This service accepts referrals for Calvary Mater Newcastle patients only.  Calvary Mater Newcastle patients may also be eligible for care from other Hospital in the Home services based on their geopgraphic location.

All referrals are reviewed in hospital prior to discharge. 

The service operates 7 days a week between 8am to 4.30pm .  There is no on call service operating after these hours.

The catchment area includes Greater Newcastle, Port Stephens, East Lake Macquarie to Swansea and West Lake Macquarie to Toronto.
