Using Advance Care Directives (NSW) aims to help doctors and patients understand how advance care directives and how to use them. Guidelines for end-of-life care and decision-making is about how to decide what type of care you would like at the end of life.

The Public Trustee is the independent administrator and executor of wills for NSW. There are offices at Bankstown, Blacktown, Bondi Junction, Burwood, Chatswood, Dee Why, Hurstville, Liverpool, Miranda, Parramatta, Sydney and in major regional centres. Where there is no Public Trustee office, there is an agent of the Public Trustee at the Local Court.
