Values and Vision
The Values for Hunter New England Health were developed through a process of consultation across the organisation during 2005. A number of focus groups made up of our staff from many different areas and job roles, were held to find out what values were important to people. Following discussion with these groups the ideas and comments were distilled into eight core values.
