Partnering with Consumers National Standard - Action 2.14 (Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care)
Action 2.14 requires the health service organisation to work in partnership with consumers to incorporate their views and experiences into training and education for the workforce so that staff have an understanding of health care from the consumer's perspective, and the value that consumers can bring to organisational design and governance.
