Teach-back online learning (South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and Deakin University)
The purpose of this toolkit is to help all health care providers learn to use teach-back every time it is indicated to support patients and families throughout the care continuum, especially during transitions between health care settings.

    This Health Literacy and Teach-back podcast series contains discussions with national and international experts in health literacy. Techniques such as 'teach-back' and 'chunk and check' are introduced. 
  • First Contact - Customer Service                                                                                                                                                           
    This is a Customer Service Skills module that focuses on initial face-to-face interaction between a health care worker and a member of the community. The aim of this module is to develop your skills in using the first contact with a customer to create a caring, positive and efficient interaction.
