Information for Patients, Families and Carers of Hunter New England Oral Health (HNEOH)

This fact sheet provides oral health patients, their families and carers with information about the program and how you can reach out to our clinicians if you are concerned or noticed a worrying change in your dental condition or someone in your care.

REACH Dental is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Multi-lingual Information Sheets

A free and confidential interpreter service is available to all patients at all times over the phone, via video conference and onsite. Ask the staff to arrange an interpreter for you.
