The Tenterfield Health Service comprises of a Community Hospital with 18 inpatient beds, an emergency department which provides care for those requiring urgent or semi urgent treatment, as well as a Community Health Centre that provides a wide range of community health services including child and family, continence, mental health, occupational therapy and women's health.
The facility also services acute medical, palliative care, a 24 hour emergency department. On site parking and disabled parking is available.
A comprehensive range of medical services is available to the Tenterfield community. There are a number of GPs supported by a range of specialist medical services including visiting specialists, pathology services and a radiography practice capable of CT Scans, Ultrasound and General X-rays.
Opening Hours: Accident and emergency is available 24 hours a day and Community Health services is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
Visiting Hours: All wards 11am to 8pm. The Children's Ward has an open visiting policy for parents
